Terms of Service

PakkaHisaab is a product of WebAnchor (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and WebAnchor and apply to your use of PakkaHisaab on the web at app.pakkahisaab.com and in the mobile apps (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • You must give correct information when you sign up and keep your password safe.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add.
  • The business owner controls which staff can use the account and what they can see.

2. Plans and payment

  • The Khata plan is free. It may show ads in the mobile app.
  • Business plans are paid monthly in advance. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in the app’s Billing page.
  • A new business can use one free trial of a Business plan.
  • You pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Your plan is activated after we confirm the payment.
  • If a paid plan is not renewed, POS, stock and IMEI features pause after a short grace period. Your khata keeps working on the free plan and your data is not deleted.
  • Payments are not refundable, except where Pakistani law requires.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, or to record fake or misleading entries to cheat anyone;
  • send spam or abusive messages to customers through the reminder feature;
  • try to access other businesses’ data, attack or overload the Service, or copy the app.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service running and backed up every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of records that are important to you.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits or wrong decisions based on the data in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

7. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
