Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your PakkaHisaab account and all of your business data at any time.

How to ask

Send a message from the mobile number or email address registered as the business owner:

Include your business name. For your safety, we may call you to confirm the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your business, its shops and all staff accounts
  • Customers, suppliers, khata entries and reminders
  • Products, stock, IMEI records, sales, invoices and expenses
  • Uploaded logos, product photos and payment screenshots

Deletion is completed within 30 days and cannot be undone. Billing records we must keep by law are kept for the period the law requires. Backups are overwritten within 14 days.

Tip: before deleting, note down any customer balances or records you still need.

Only want to remove a staff member? The owner can do that in the app under Staff, no need to contact us.
